Why do new customers get better deals

am getting mix deal £49.50mth am out of contract best offer they can do is full house for £60 nth new customers get it for £45 been with virgin for 15years🤬🤬🤬..

new customers will always get better deals. the same as you got a better deal with joining then someone already with vm was on.


to get the best deals you have to switch providers at the end of each contract
