We had a new 2 new Tivo boxes a couple of weeks ago. Initially they both worked however we are now unable to access catchup, channel information or record any programmes on one of the boxes. We have checked the connections and tried resetting it several times. Getting very frustrated and wish we hadn't bothered updating the Tivo boxes (which we never actually requested anyway). Paying for a service which is not being provided. Anyone got any suggestions?
You can check the settings tab and search for more setting.Clear the cache on the apps by choosing and clicking the clear cache. You can also check the power plug if it is well connected to the socket. Sometimes, the power from other sources such as the laptop or desktop is insufficient, and as such, it is best to plug it into the wall socket to ensure a steady source of power. Make sure that the power cord is properly connected to the outlet.
