I received a letter marked Important Information which says my 90 year old mother needs a new box by tomorrow 28th February and after a number of phone calls it hasn’t arrived. Will she loose channels or what? TV is her life and I don’t know what to do next!
Are you still waiting for a replacement TV box? Has the replacement box been arranged for her? If so what method of installation has been chosen? If it is a self-install then you should have been provided with a delivery date for the equipment, if it is a manned install you'd have been provided with a day and timeslot for when an engineer would bring the equipment and install it for her.
