Working OK until message appeared on screen : “Sorry,there seems to be a problem. To fix this please call us on 150 from your Virgin phone etc. etc. ......”
I rang 150 but was just going round in circles !!
I also noticed that programs have been axed which I had not expected .
Please fix fault ASAP

This error means that the box has been removed from your account. If you want it resolved soon then you'll need to call again.
It will be around a week before VM pick this up on here.
