Network errors C133 and N17

Hope someone can help.

We've reviewed all the other posts and possible solutions to this and nothing has worked. 

I've lost count of the number of times we reset, switched off, switched on, checked leads and connections and we've ran the 10 minute check from virginmedia and I've had my fingers crossed so much it hurts.

Can anyone please help?
