Not been able to use apps on tivo for over a week now. Says network cable/ethernet cable unplugged but it isnt. Tried unplugging and rebooting etc. Tv and channels work fine but no catch up or apps. Just had tivo installed 3 wks ago and feel im paying for nothing now as i wanted it for netflix and bbc iplayer

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with this. Is your TiVo currently directly connected to your hub via an ethernet cable? If so have you been able to try other ethernet cables to see if you still experience the issue?
