Network availability C133

Hi, 

I have an error message on my tv, not allowing me to watch any channels at all. 

Have re-started the tv box by the mains but still receiving same result.

Hi that code is usually a network connection issue, go to Home go to help and settings press OK then settings then network and reconnect to the virgin media network hopefully that will solve the issue.Regards Micky
