Netflix

Whenever I try to switch onto Netflix it can take as long as 10 mins to connect and allow me to get into Netflix. This is so slow and so frustrating. Can anybody offer any advice. I have the top package from Virgin Media and the fastest speed so don’t understand why this should happen

I'm guessing you've got one of the original TiVo boxes, they are very slow to connect to Netflix (and everything else). Might be worth contacting VM and seeing if you can get an upgrade to a V6 which is far quicker (though obviously there may be a charge or signing up to a new contract required).
