Last couple of days Netflix won’t load. Press red button get Netflix logo and red circle goes round and round but nothing happens. Turned modem off and on makes no difference is this a Netflix problem as can get it on iPad or something else?

Is there anything listed here that could explain the issues you are having? If there is nothing listed, you can click on 'sign in to test your service', this will run a further check on your account and equipment.
Are you having any issues with any of the other apps on your TV box?
Can you confirm what TV box you have from us please?
