New to VM, less than a month. Had a Netflix account before I got VM.
My programme choice on Netflix on both my downstairs boxes will only load to 24% and then freezes. Won’t load any further and I have to quit back to normal tv.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one.? It works fine on my portable devices. Thanks

Welcome to the community.
This is a known issue that Netflix are aware of but changing the playback settings should help so please go to -
Netflix > Sign in > Account > My profile > Playback settings > Set to medium > Save.
