Netflix will not resume after pausing and resuming a couple of times within short period

Hi,

When watching Netflix on TV using the TIVO Netflix App, the Netflix streaming movie will not resume once it has been paused. To replicate:

Watch a few minutes of the movie. Pause it (pause button of virgin remote), Resume (pause / play button of virgin remote), repeat a few times within say 10 seconds. The movie does not resume despite the icon on screen changing to indicate it is playing. No sound nor moving pictures. This is presumably a buffering problem within the TIVO box.

To resolve the issue, you must press back to return all the way to the Netflix movie list (thus presumably clearing the download buffer) before resuming play of the movie from where you left off.

It'd be great if this could be resolved because we did not encounter this issue while we were with BT using their Netflix app. Many thanks.

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with this.

 

Just to confirm does this issue also persist when accessing Netflix through channel 204?
