Netflix stops and says there’s a network connection issue
I have a TiVo box (SMT-C7100). I’ve just subscribed to Netflix. Watching stranger things and I’m getting 1080. After 10 mins it buffers, gets to 25%, and stops with the error message below. What can I do to fix this?

i did a network diagnostic test on the set top box and it did say it is using a wired connection , can talk to all 4 Netflix servers, but only had 3.32mbps. Everything else in my house can still talk to the internet st full speed though.
