Netflix stopped connecting on my upstairs 2nd TiVo

Hi,

upstairs tivo no longer plays Netflix - I hit the red button and nada 

I have reset the box and still an issue.

no issues downstairs TiVo 

any help welcomed!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with Netflix upstairs, this isn't good. 

What happens exactly? Is it just a black screen or do you get any kind of error message?
