Netflix routinely stalling at 25%

So I've looked at few of the other threads and it appears this is a pretty longstanding and widespread problem. We have found it doesn't happen using Netflix on a laptop, so it is DEFINITELY the box. I look forward to a support team response....

NO-ONE has denied that this is an issue with the TiVo box which for some people simply can’t run Netflix.

The more powerful V6 doesn’t have the issue.

You can certainly use the poor performance of TiVo to negotiate with Retentions.

The same problem with V6 would initially suggest that the issue lies with the V6’s connection to your home network Superhub (unless other apps, such as BBC iPlayer are working well).

Does NOT fix Netflix, when upgraded Netflix asks for credit card details which if given you would be paying twice for the Netflix Channel.
