Netflix problems

I’ve been a virgin media customer for quite of number of years now. We have a TiVo box in our living room and when we subscribed to Netflix a few years ago it would also stop on 25% and we had to wait for it to load up again. After calling virgin and netflix both just blamed the other and I got no where. We got a new tv and played Netflix through the smart Hun app and never had a problem. Fast forward to last Thursday we had an engineer come and put in a new modem.. since then we have had nothing but problems with Netflix on the smart Hub app and still the Netflix on the tv keeps turning off at 25%. We have also noticed our internet been rubbish the last week. We are supposed to Getting the top internet speed but when doing tests it’s comjnv about 60-70?? Anyone else having problems
