Suddenly Netflix is telling me they cannot play a programme or title at the moment. Have turned box and modem off and rebooted but still the same. It plays on my tablet and laptop ok. Is there a problem on Virgin with this.?

Are you still experiencing issues since you last posted?
If so, can you try deleting the cache from your box by pressing - Home - Thumbs down - Thumbs up - Play - Play - Play ?
