Netflix loses connection then gets stuck at 25%

Netflix is constantly losing connection, sometimes every few minutes and then will get stuck buffering at 25%. It seems to be worse at peak times making it unwatchable in the evenings. 

I've just had a conversation with virgin which was a complete waste of time as they wanted to know an error code to do anything about it. I know from the forum that this is a very common problem so annoyed that they won't do anything about it.

This is normal for a Samsung TiVo, virgin have never fixed it, you need to get a v6 box to remedy this issue
