Netflix launching on V6

I’m experiencing problems with Netflix launching itself without me putting it on while I’m watching tv. I’ve rebooted my v6 each time but it still happens. If I try to put it back to tv via the remote it flickers between tv & Netflix but stays on Netflix.

Thanks for posting!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Netflix.

 

This is a known issue that our technicians are working to resolve. In the mean time, you can stop it from happening by doing the following:

  • Sign out of the Netflix app on your V6 box.
  • Reboot the box at the mains.
  • Sign back into Netflix.

If the fault comes back after performing those steps let us know.
