Netflix keeps buffering

This is not an isolated problem.  Lots of people reporting that Netflix cuts out and buffers to 25%. So why oh why haven’t Virgin fixed this issue?

I’ve turned the box off and on again.

Netflix is working fine on mobile devices.

It makes watching Netflix very frustrating.

Come on Virgin.  Sort it out!?!?

Hi As you have posted on the TiVo section, it's a well known fact that the older boxes are not capable of delivering Netflix YouTube etc, a V6 box or use a smart TV or a Bluray player to access those services are only way I'm afraid.Regards Micky
