If you have more than one TV box, does the problem occur on all TV Boxes?
Are you able to see if you can watch other streaming Apps on your TV Box to see if it's the same or just Netflix?
When you say it stops, does the video just close or does it freeze? Are there any error messages on on your TV or tablet?
