Netflix issues for 1 month - only fix to reset TiVo v6, 6 months okd

have 350mb and TiVo v6, for 5 months Netflix worked flawlessly and for the last month I’m having various connectivity issues only fixed by rebooting the TiVo box as advised by calling Netflix. This does resolve the problem but the TiVo box takes at least 5 min to reboot and is required almost daily. This is not convenient or practical. This is only related to TiVo and not iphone, iPad, tv, PS4 all on the same network. Not TiVo is hardwired to router.
how can I get a new TiVo box to resolve this, as clearly the box is at fault, given it did work fine and my other devices work seamlessly on the same network?
