Netflix issue

Working perfectly fine for months, the V6 Netflix app, boot up ok, I can see all the offerings, but select any, and it states we have a pretty blend, reboot Netflix. Done that, still same problem.

frustrating, watches half of new season of Daredevil, now it will not play them, or anything else. Netflix works fine through smart tv app, but a bit of a pain.

V6 on 200Mbs , speed  tests are correct.speed tests all ok ???????

I just want to check what happens when you try to watch something? Are there any error messages?

I have tried to check your V6 and it's currently showing offline so I'd just like to check if it's switched on at the moment?

If I reset the V6, Netflix works next time, but after that I get the message below:F4E1D8E6-1FC3-4D85-BE29-F660735C6E23.jpeg

Thanks for sending over the image.

I have taken a look and can see a problem with the upstream power levels.  I would like ot arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this.  I will pop the details in a private message.
