Netflix error ui-113

I've been away for a couple of weeks and have come back to find Netflix isn't working. I've had it for years and never had an issue like this before. I've logged out and in again. Rebooted the Tivo box. But neither has worked. I came on here to see if there was a general issue but doesn't look like it. 

Netflix works on my tablet so it's a Tivo issue. Any suggestions other than what I've already tried?
