Netflix constantly freezing on tivo box

Hi,

I am trying to watch Netflix on my bedroom Tivo box via channel 204. I am able to get to the home menu without a problem but when i try to watch anything,  it freezes after a couple of minutes and never recovers,  i have to back out all the way and restart Netflix to be able to do anything after this point and then it just happens again.   I have tried rebooting and have checked all cabling etc..  Regular TV channels work fine. This needs to be fixed please.

Is there anybody actually providing any support in these forums? 

Another day and no response... aint virgin a great company. 

Sorry for the delay in responding to you ggbarnum, we look at posts in order they're received and try to respond as wuick as we canb. I've had a look at your details and can see some issues with it so have arranged for a replacement TiVo Box to be sent out. You can see the details via your online account and it should arrive within 5 days so please keep an eye out for it.

 

Once received, please make sure you follow the guidance to activate it and let us know if you have any issues.

A new box just arrived unexpectedly so i will get it setup and try it out.

Try the fixes like:

  • Update the Netflix
  • Clear the app data from the settings
  • Sign out of your account and sign in again
  • Check the date and time of your system is set correctly
  • Check your internet connection

Hope this works for you to fix Netflix crashing problem.
