It is only while using the app. This issue isn't uncommon. If you look online there is quite a few links relating to the exact same issue.

Said for Tivo customers only. Press the red button, which takes you to the Netflix app. Same problem occurs. 

Other Tivo boxes in the house don't have the same issue.

Am using Samsung SMT - C7100.

Did call the other day. They noticed straight away there is an problem with the box and will replace it with the V6 box

ive been told to contact Techinal support!! No clue how to do that !!

ive had enough of this service now! Shockingly bad!!!

Contact customer services and make your way through their automated call services. You'll be first speaking to 1st line support. You'll need to request from them 2n line support.

I've had virgin since 17th Jul and haven't successfully watched a program on Netflix through the apps yet. I've phoned about every 2 days and had it reset so many times and done myself and it says w02 network cable unplugged when it isn't and latest was no dhcp server after having to give up on my 40 min program that's took me almost 2hrs to get 35 min into and have to give up. I want to cancel anyone know if they will if their faults as not been a month installed
