Netflix app unavailable

Hi there I'm trying to use the Netflix app on my TiVo box but a couple of days ago the app crashed. Ever since the box says Netflix app is temporarily unavailable and returns me back to the menu. I tried going through the channel on the listings but same thing happens.

Any suggestions?

They switching the box off at the mains and back on again

Is your issue still ongoing at the moment and have you tried the solution that @jb66 recommended?

 

Also you could try to clear the cache for your box by doing the below button presses.

 

Home > Thumbs down > Thumbs up > play > play > play

 

Please give these a try and let me know if this resolves the issue.
