Netflix app not working

For several days we have been unable to open the Netflix app on TiVo. It opens the initial loading screen for a few seconds and closes again. All other apps work so connection to box is fine, Netflix loads on other devices so that account is fine.

Hi I presume you are trying to access it on an older TiVo box, if so I'm afraid it is a problem with that, a V6 box will work fine and as you say it works on other devices.Regards Micky
