Netflix app not loading

I wonder if anyone can help.

I am trying to access the Netflix app on my TiVo box but when I select Netflix it goes to the initial black screen with the large red Netflix and then goes back to my favourite apps menu. This has been happening for a couple of days now and several restarts later.

other apps such as YouTube are working fine.

I was having the same issue but restarting the box through the Help and Settings menu seemed to resolve it.

Thanks - restarting via the menus worked for me too.

Turning it off at the mains and back on again didn't work.

How do you do this?

You can do this by going onto Home> Help & Settings> Clear or Reset TiVo box> Reset TiVo box then follow the instructions.
