Netflix and catch up problems

I'm having problems trying to watch Netflix and catch up TV using my Tivo box. 

Netflix takes ages to load and will only play for a few minutes before stopping and showing an error code. Exactly the same thing happens when I try to watch catch up TV. I subscribed to amazon prime so that I can now watch Netflix but it would be great to be able to watch catch up.  It's all run off a Super hub 2 router.

Does anyone else have these problems?

First off - the obvious. Which box do you have? You've posted in the TiVo board, but that box doesn't use your home router or have the Amazon Prime app.

Check at if you're not sure - the V6 & TiVo have different connectivity so advice beyond the basics, depends on your confirmation.
