Netflix and prime won't work when accessing through the Tivo Box. Only on fire stick.

Do you definitely have a TiVo, and not a V6? Check here if you're not sure.,

I ask because the TiVo doesn't have the Prime app. And the internet connectivity - and so the advice - differs between the boxes.

My apologies for the Netflix and Prime issue. You've got a 360 box is that right?

If so, what error messages are you getting please?
