Netflix/BBC iplayer streaming

Watching Netflix through Tivo box is impossible, keeps cutting out every 10 or 15 minutes, red light starts flashing on front of box, obvious streaming/buffering issues.  I can see other people have similar issues but what can you do about it?  Is it an individual box issue, do I need a new box or upgrade. Impossible to speak to a person, any comments would be appreciated

I have checked your TiVo® and I can see there are some signal issues that I'd like an engineer to take a look at.
