Netflix 25% buffering problem then wont play

Having had issues with Netflix via the Tivo box in the past I had been using an Xbox to view Netflix on my TV but this is no longer an option for me.

I can rarely view an entire program through the Tivo box and a search of this forum indicates this is an ongoing and common issue for many people and has been for some time.

I'm looking for some help from a Virgin representative, the problem isn't Netflix as I can happily use my PC, tablet phone etc, it's just the Tivo box that has the problem.
