Netflix 25% buffering AND FILM FREEZING problem on TiVo box

had this on going fault for over 90 days now virgin just say to monitor it  they have no understanding of the frustration they cause when all you are asking is for a engineer to com out quick enough to take your money (were is the service

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm sorry to hear you've been having this issue for over three months, this ins't what we like to hear. 

Do you have any other issues on the TiVo box or broadband? Is it just Netflix and films?

Is this films you've purchased via the Store or Virgin? Or is it a Sky Movie? 

Have the team not suggested upgrading to a V6 box at all?

We could look at this close for you and we can also have a look at upgrading to a V6 box.

ok  thanks as been with virgin/ntl  from the start would be greatful if it could be sorted as 3 months is a long time for this happening
