Neflix app freezing saying connection problems

Hi

When i utilise the netflix app it freezes and comes up with connection error  - 'network unplugged'. It is operating via wifi. I've phoned up virginmedia help but they said everything is 'working fine'. Driving me mad as its been going on for months now

We are sorry to hear that you have been having issues using the Netflix APP.

 

How have things been since your post? Have you noticed any improvement at all?

 

Are you having issues with any other services freezing?

 

Have you also completed a reboot of the equipment?

Hi

still have the same problem. Connection drops. I've rebooted everything etc. Just not working. Wifi in house isn't great. Might try BT, cant get any worse i guess

Thank you for getting back to us, I'm sorry that you're still having trouble using Netflix on your TV.

 

In taking a look at the backend of your account, I can see that some of the power levels for your TV box are too low. We'd need to arrange an engineer to resolve this for you.
