Hi @Jacqueline100 

This is due to the fire at the red bee media centre which is still ongoing and affects  VM, Sky, BT etc

Apologies for the problems experienced viewing Kerrang, we understand the frustration this can cause and appreciate you taking the time to post this on the forum. Welcome to the community.

 

The issues is one we are aware of and working to get resolved as soon as possible, as in the link provided the issue relates to a third party who we are working with to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible but as you can appreciate with this being a third party we're limited as to when this may happen.
