My mother recieved a letter saying she must upgrade to TiVo, she's 85 so I do i for her as she has no knowledge of computers and is hard of hearing so is uncomfortable on the phone.
So the website tells me I can't do it online and have to phone. After 10 minutes I finally get through to someone and the phone goes dead. I call again, after another 14 minutes I get through and in the middle of the conversation the phone goes dead again. I have tried calling 'thinking of leaving us' as suggested on here, and same thing. I tell them about the letter and the phone goes down.
So if I can't use the website, and can't phone, how do I get the upgrade for her!?
