If I need a longer lead to move my Tivo box into a different place how do i go about this?

Do you have a working co-ax connection point where you want to use the TiVo?I

If yes - plug it in and off you go.

If no - then you'll need a no-fault tech callout to install the necessary cabling and/or connections. It'll cost £25, you can either call into arrange it or wait here for a day or so.

It's been a couple of days since your post, have you been able to check any of the points raised in japitts post or speak to the team during this time?
