Movies problem

I have 2 virgin boxes and can only get the movie channels on the main box.

Hi  @lindabeachell70 

Have you tried rebooting the secondary box to see if the Movies appear?

If that fails then using your remote control press Home >  Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels? > Refresh my channels list

I personally wouldn't even bother with the reboot.

Just go straight for the missing channels menu that has already been suggested.
