E4 is now showing on my V6 as a VoD programme. If it's not showing for you, then waiting for the next EPG refresh cycle should do the trick. There shouldn't be any need to reboot your hub, but forcing a network connection via Home > help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to VM services now, can't hurt.
Also, this thread is in the TiVo section so just to save confusion - anyone using a TiVo box really shouldn't reboot their hub because the TiVo doesn't use it.
