Since system upgrade in our area recently have missing channels on Samsung box. Have followed all self help instructions but all I get is a message saying technical error, cannot sign you in, try later or telephone . Is there a quick fix or do we need an engineer to sort. It is some HD channels but not all.
We are sorry to hear this. We would like to have a further look into this for you, can we just confirm if the STB is our Tivo or the V HD box? Are you also getting any form of error message when trying to access these HD channels?
