Lost connection

My tivo box keeps losing connection when I watch Netflix error codes c500 and c130 keep appearing  on screen it tries to reload but stops at 25% then goes off all other channels are ok an engineer came an fitted a new box but we still got the same problem only got this problem watching netflix through tivo box
