sound has gone from all stations!! Have re-booted as suggested on VM app, but nothing has happened.
Is this a VM error or is my TIVO box faulty? Needs sorting ASAP.

Is this affecting live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes?
How about if you toggle between them?
And I'll ask before anyone else does - you have toggled your mute button haven't you?

I had that problem with my V6 a few times last year. Sometimes removing the HDMI cables, rebooting the V6 and then reinserting the HDMI cables fixed it.
One day when it happened again I removed all of my equipment from the mains ( TV, V6, hub3, Nintendo Switch, Firestick and echo dot) disconnected all the leads from all of my equipment as it looked like spaghetti junction. Reconnected them all and the sound has been perfect ever since.
