Re: Loss of channels

Hi NCLA18,

Thanks for using Community about your TV sound concern. How are things looking for you at the moment?

Please ensure the following:

> the Volume or your TV is set above zero

> your TV is not muted

> under Audio or Audio settings, in the on-screen menu, the TV speaker option is set to On

Keep us posted.

Cheers,

Ann_E

Re: Loss of sound

Hey Ann_E

Thanks for replying. All that you mentioned has been checked. It doesn't happen all the time just most of the time. Whenever I watch anything that isn't 'live' tv the sound just stops when I put normal tv back on but will still work if I watch another programme on demand..... strange

Re: Loss of sound

Hello NCLA18,

I appreciate you getting back to us. Are you using a TiVo or V6 box? if you using a TiVo and using Scart, try to unplug and then plug it back in. HDMI should not have this type of issue though.

I would be glad if you keep us updated.

Cheers,

Ann_E

Re: Loss of sound

Thank you for the update,

Have you been able to try a reboot or a reset of your V6 to see if it makes any difference?

Thanks,

Tom_S
