Loss of channels

Hi there,

Just joined Virgin and set up the box etc, I can set my recordings by using 'search' but can only watch 5 channels, I have the "full house" package, can anybody help please ?

Do you get the code 7400? if so you need to call in to get the box activated.

Hi, rang in and activated but only getting BBC1 BBC2 ITV C4 & C5

You wll need to ring in again and go doen the faults option as it sounds as though there has been a problem activating the box. They will send another signal and if that doesn't work, they will send an engineer.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our forums page.

Have you spoken to the team about the issue you are having with the TV and got this resolved sine your post?

If you haven't, can you make sure all the connections are in correctly and secure. Can you also do a reboot on your TV box please and let us know if this helps improve things for you.
