Loss of channels

Hi. 

A number of times today, I have lost signal and tv channels are pixelating. I've checked and checked again all cables/plugs. 

I've reset the box twice. Turned everything off and back on. 

Still happening.  Driving me insane now.  

Any thoughts

Yep. You can either wait a few days for a community staffer to pick this up and check it for you - or call into Virgin CS and have it checked over (and a tech booked if necessary) immediately.
