I just got virgin media broadband only deal... was great for one week and then absolutely dreadful. Drops out constantly then at around 7..7.30pm I loose connection for the entire night. This has happened every night for 2 weeks with a suitable explanation from VM. Can anyone explain as I feel VM are robbing me off with their ridiculous excuses that don't add up. I'm curious if its cos I've down graded to a package that fits my budget. Please help its driving my crazy and I'd love to come home and watch TV, listen to music or even send an email !!!!
