Our tivo box keeps losing recordings it has been told to keep the recordings until we delete them, the disk is not full. Can any one Help
Not sure why it would do that but go to recently deleted and see if there still there

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your recordings.
I've run some testing on your connections and can see no issues from here, your power levels seem to be spot on, and the hard drive is not recording any errors.
As Ricmcdermott suggested, were you able to see the recordings in your recently deleted folder?
