Limited TV

Hi all

Usually the 2 lights on my TiVo box are static green but for the last couple of days one of them has been flashing on and off constantly.

Cant get On Demand says network availability C130. We can get some channels but they have coloured lines of varying thicknesses across the screen, sometimes the whole screen is coloured with interference. 

I ran a diagnostic thing and I restarted it and nothing changed, there are no issues in my area and the network cable is connected.

You may be waiting for up to a week to get an engineer booked here. I would phone faults on 150 from your Virgin phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having these issues with your TiVo box and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved.

 

Does a reboot of the box help at all?

 

Does this happen on all channels or certain ones only?

Thank you for the replies. 

Melissa - reboot didn’t correct anything.

Bbc1 and bbc2 seem fine all the time. Most other channels have an issue.

I have phoned 150 and gone through the steps with them, they are sending an engineer out and I am rather lucky - they are coming tomorrow.
