Leeds 14 no tv

Ok so yesterday we had no broadband all day today broadband is intermittent and we have had zero tv all day I haven’t even bothered phoning it’s a waste of time this is getting ridiculous anybody else having issues in leeds14

It’s certainly not worth not phoning in as the problem could be individual to you. It won’t get fixed otherwise if you’re the only person affected.

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues but thank you for posting, is this something you still require assistance with since your post?

 

Have you been able to check the service status page virg.in/service for any area issue that may explain the problem? We also have a text service for support as an alternative to phoning. The Cable Messaging team will be available Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm feel free to text issues via text on 07533051809.
