Just left Virgin, returning equipment.

Just handed in my 30 day notice to Virgin, was advised to phone retention's, they could'nt match a price that was suitable, so its off.]

What are the rules on sending back equipment I have ie, router and Tivo box?

Are they not paid for over the years of use, though payments?

If I understand correctly, only Hub 3.0 and V6 boxes require to be returned currently.

I believe Virgin have just started collecting TiVo 500 GB boxes again for any new disconnections.

Indeed I was asked to send my TiVo 500 back when I get a V6 two weeks ago.
